With more than 135 years of history, Ribeiro Sêco Factory is one of the oldest Madeira companies linked to the food sector, specializing in the production of sugarcane syrup, a product that combines its identity with its own identity of Madeira Island. This company combines quality with flavor and tradition, always seeking to exceed its consumers expectations.
The Ribeiro Sêco Factory protects the centuries-old culture of sugarcane as a timeless heritage of Madeira. The same "recipe" has always been followed in the production of this product, with an improvement in terms of machinery for better profitability and quality. Currently, in addition to the commercialization of conventional sugarcane syrup, we offer also our recently product the organic sugarcane syrup, and others, such as sugarcane syrup cake, sugarcane syrup cookies, jams and even chocolates and chocolate truffles. In order to show its value and versatility, there is also a book that brings together a set of 61 recipes made with sugarcane syrup.
